Client(s) agree that Rite Options surrogate database and website information is sensitive and privileged to registered intended parents only who are actively seeking an surrogate to build their family and it is not intended for any general public and or competitors or any other unauthorized users’ use or viewing. Client(s) agree they will not disclose to any third party, or use in any other manner information obtained or furnished from/by Rite Options, Inc., including but not limited to, data, photographs, videos, terms of engagement, costs, fees, processes, time frames, sources, names of other parties, list of surrogates, surrogate’s photos and profiles viewed on Rite Options website, interviews with persons anticipated or employed by Rite Options, Inc. except to help them find the right match. Rite Options, Inc. reserves the right to give or not to give access to surrogate database at any time without any explanation or notices. Clients further agree that any attempts to seek identifying information on any surrogate candidate is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine totaling total agency fee for each attempt plus any and all monetary and other damages that might arise out of each misrepresentation of protected Rite Options website and surrogate database information.
