Yes, NRS 126.660 mentions: “A donor is not a parent of a child conceived through assisted reproduction.”


Conventional Surrogacy in Nevada


Conventional Surrogacy skips being a part of any written act or statute in the state. In Nevada, a Gestational Carrier is defined as a woman not using her own eggs and this is considered to carry a high legal risk pertaining to the rights and interests of the parties involved in surrogacy. Therefore, there is no statutory case or law to support traditional surrogacy in Nevada.
